What does 'refurbished' mean at Aussie IT Mate?
A refurbished laptop is a pre-owned, business-grade machine that has been professionally inspected, tested, cleaned, data-wiped and reinstalled with a genuine operating system. Faulty or worn parts are replaced where needed.
Do refurbished laptops come with a warranty?
Yes. Every refurbished laptop we sell includes a warranty, and extended warranty options are available. Ask us for the warranty details on any specific model.
What's the difference between Grade A, B and C?
Grade A looks close to new with minimal signs of use. Grade B has light cosmetic marks such as small scratches. Grade C has more visible wear but is fully functional and the best value. All grades pass the same functional tests.
Will it come with Windows and Office?
Refurbished laptops ship with a genuine, activated Windows 10 Pro or Windows 11 Pro licence. Microsoft 365 can be added and set up for you.
Can I upgrade the RAM or SSD?
